Thank you for stopping by to learn a little more about Dynora Catering. This service business was founded by Lidia Marchetti in 2008. Lidia is an Italian by descent, raised in Argentina. She learned to cook alongside her mother and grandmother in their aromatic kitchens from a very young age.

 

Lidia carried on the artful preparation of their cherished recipes after she moved to America in 1988. As she learned to prepare new dishes she added to her impressive oeuvre of freshly-made, delicious creations. Her talents in the kitchen were very much appreciated; whenever there was a special occasion for family or close friends, it was Lidia who was asked to make a few dishes. She always obliged since she loves to cook.

 

Well, after 50 years of cooking for family and friends Lidia decided to make her unique combination of Argentine and Italian cuisine plus French pastries available to the general public. Her signature Argentinean style empanadas are now available to anyone for any occasion, which has pleased many of her fans.
